Do I need to pay any import tax?
Our products are generally free of shipping and tax.
Do you accept custom bouquets?
We accept custom bouquets, for custom orders please contact us at support@secretknit.com. Please feel free to contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Of course, please contact us within 12 hours. Because we will arrange the knitting immediately after the order is placed, we hope you can appreciate it.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-9 days. More details can be seen in "Shipping Policy".
How can I pay for an order?
You can pay Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
Where is my order?
To get an update on your order:
- Log into your account
- Go to My Account
- Click on My Orders
- There you will find all your orders and details.
To review the shipping status of one of your orders click on the order's number. However, once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking number. Orders usually ship within 3 working days

My package arrived damaged.What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the damage to your package! It may have been crushed and deformed during shipping. You need to check that the flowers inside have not been damaged. If there are any other problems, please contact us at support@secretknit.com
The wrong item arrived.What should i do?
We're sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. Our fulfillment team does make mistakes, and we sincerely apologize for this. In the case, please send us a picture to support@secretknit.com of the item you received. We will send you the correct item immediately.
Only part of my order arrived,where is the rest of my order?
If you have purchased more than one product in one order, we may split the order for shipping in order to facilitate the transportation of the products, so you don't have to worry that the products will be missed, you can also contact us to inquire about the logistics of splitting the order.
