Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving product(s). Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.

We are happy to refund or exchange your order, but we are unable to provide credit notes.

How do I return an item?
If the crochet flower received is defective, you can return them for a refund, within 14 days of receipt. Please remember to include a brief note to explain the reason for return.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing.

My item is faulty, what do I do?
Should you receive a faulty item,you can drop us an email at and we will be more than happy to reissue your postage costs and offer you either a full refund or a replacement.

I’ve received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you receive the wrong item, Please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 Days drop us an email at to make the team aware of the error. They will then arrange for the return of the wrong item and issue either an exchange or full refund.


One of my items is missing, what do I do?
If one of your items is missing from your order, Please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 Days drop us an email at and they will send out the replacement items FREE of Charge.

Why did I only receive a portion of my order?
Your order may be too large to fit into one package, which may mean we will have to split your shipment. For these orders, please check the address label on your package for the words 1/2 (one/two), 2/2 (two/two), etc. This will determine how many parts are being sent. We cannot guarantee that orders sent in multiple packages will arrive at the same time.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your refund has been confirmed, you can expect payment to be credited to your account within 14 business days.

How do I exchange my items?
Please contact our customer service team within 14 days by sending us an email at and they will be happy to exchange your item for you. Once your item has been returned to us, we will send you your new item via courier.

Why did I receive a refund for an item?
If you find that you have received a refund for an item, this is because the item is unfortunately out of stock. This is done to ensure that there are no further delays to your order and we encourage you to sign up for a restocking email using the appropriate button on the product page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you

Freebies, Bundles and Special Offers

Unless otherwise stated, all products or services provided free with purchase are considered part of the overall contractual agreement at the time of purchase.

If the purchase is part of a bundle or there is a free item associated with the sale, all products must be returned. If you do not return all items associated with the purchase (for example, free items), then the cost of those items will be deducted from the refund paid to you. The value of these items deducted from the refund will be calculated based on the relevant price at the time of your purchase.

If the product was sold as a bundle, then all parts must be present to complete the return. If all parts are not received, then the return may be refused and returned to you or the value of the missing parts may be deducted from your refund. The value of the parts will be based on the price of the individual item at the time of your purchase or as a percentage of the cost of the entire product paid.
